Otilia Mutu is a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA), author, podcast host and public speaker. Born in Bucharest and based in the UK for over ten years, she is the Initiator and CEO of Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC, a fully online domestic abuse support organisation serving Romanian-speaking communities across all UK local authorities.
Her work bridges language, culture and systemic barriers to help survivors find safety and rebuild their lives.
